You will note its cheaper to attend our conference if you are an AMGA member. All memberships must be Board approved, but we are happy to honour the member rate on receipt of any application fitting the membership criteria which can be found on Page 2.

The Small Print – Payment and Cancellation Policies
Your payment must be received prior to the commencement of the event. Unpaid tentative bookings do not guarantee a position for this event. If booking early bird rates, payment must be received by the end of the early bird period otherwise the full rate will be charged.
Registrations may be cancelled up to five working days prior to the event, receiving a refund less a 20% administration fee. No refund will be given where cancellation is made within the last day prior to the event. In all other cases of cancellation, the extent of any refund will be at the discretion of AMGA.
COVID-19 cancellation policy:
Please note if the AMGA postpones the conference due to Covid-19, the registration and accommodation costs will be fully refunded. The decision on any postponement will be made by August 2020.
Should the nominated person be unable to participate, you may substitute another participant at any time prior to commencement of the conference. Where a non-member replaces a member the difference between the member and non-member rates will be charged. Requests for refunds can be made by email to email@example.com
